Time to ditch the Beauty Blender?

Hey everyone 👋 I’ve been so excited to write this post because I have been seeing something SO cool lately on the Beauty/Makeup 💄 pages on Instagram/Youtube. Beauty Bloggers have finally found an alternative to the good ol’ Beauty Blender – now a Beauty Blender was ALL the rave💃… but something might have just come along & stole its shine! ✨

Its the new silicone sponge! – the Silisponge. This sponge looks somewhat like the thing girls put in their bra’s to make their boobs look bigger but …hold tyt girls… it promises to reduce the amount of foundation/products you use by HALF. YES. HALF. 🙆🙌 This is because it doesn’t actually soak up any of your product like the Beauty Blender or for that matter make-up brushes do.

Now if you read my This or That Tag – The Beauty Edition you’ll see that I personally got put off using Beauty Blending sponges after watching a youtube video of how mould can start growing inside… thats why I am so excited to try out the Silisponge! Its just a clear silicone sponge which stays clear no matter how many times you use it, theres something just so hygienic about that & to wash it all you need to do is spray some make-up remover onto it & rub it dry or you could wash it in warm water💧, rub dry & put away immediately… so no more waiting around for the inside to dry.. ahhh yes! 👌

The only thing to be careful about is to keep it away from sharp objects & it should last you a very very long time. I cannot wait to get my hand on this in the UK! Hope you guys enjoyed reading my post if you did then don’t forget to ‘like’ the post down below 👇 & follow me for more cool posts! 😁

Love, Kimmiee.
